My association with organizations, past or present, does not constitute an endorsement by them for my personal opinions, projects, or writings presented on this website.

I maintain the right to edit my documents as I see fit.  Usually this will be to correct small errors such as typos, but this may include larger edits such as improving word choice, or even making significant content changes if I discover errors of fact or conclusion; including when posting documents I have previously published elsewhere.  In such a case, I consider the most current version available on this website the "official" or "canon" version.  I am personally committed to never practicing revisionist history in an attempt to vainly improve my image, and will make note in the news section each time I make edits to any documents after they have been published here.

I maintain the right to moderate any forums of discussion hosted by my website.  I will not publish any specific guidance or policy for these forums, other than to quote The Third Tenet of Areté: "The Intent of the Law, Is the Law".  I believe in the human capacity to reason, and believe any contributors to discussion can be expected to use their ability to behave reasonably.  Likewise, I believe in my own capacity for reason, and trust myself to moderate, and if necessary to censor, in a reasonable manner based on the specific circumstances.

All of the content (whether text or other media) found here is my own creation unless I have specified otherwise.  I use Creative Commons licensing, and unless otherwise marked, all content on this site is covered by the broad CC-BY-NC license, meaning that my work and reproductions of it may be used for nearly any purpose without requiring specific permission, other than providing proper attribution of myself being the author.  Furthermore, adaptations of my work may be shared by others, including under other licences, except for commercial purposes.

In simple terms, if you want to print out a copy of something I've written, or share something I've made- go right ahead as long as you're not going to make money off of it, and you indicate that I'm the author.
